‘Bloodstock, is my most autobiographical piece.
The body is comprised of pink marbled paper, which
I handmade in Venice, this resembles microscopic
images of blood that my histopathologist mother
studied. The legs are excerpts of my father’s book on
the history of the London stock market. With the
recent discovery of siblings I never knew I had,
questions of where I came from and who truly
made me, are explored in this work.’
