After finishing her fine art degree at st. martin's, sarah left London for the restoration and conservation studios of rome. here she studied old master oil painting techniques which give her paintings their depth of translucent colour using resins and varnishes. a commission from the Italian jockey club in 1995 to paint their derby winner "luso", trained by clive brittain, brought sarah back to her british racing roots, where she quickly established her reputation as one of our foremost equestrian artists.
Although she is primarily a commissioned artist, sarah has exhibited here at OSG over the years.
